Spiral wound rigid duct is specifically designed for the HVAC industry.

Our standard spiral duct is manufactured from light gauge slit coil galvanised mild steel. The duct incorporates an air tight lock-formed seam conforming to DW144.

Selfire Fire Rated Ductwork Manufacturers

We have been granted license by Selfire to manufacture, sell and distribute Fire Rated Duct under Selfire specification which conforms to BS476 part 24, offering a very quick turnaround.

Fenland Fire Rated Duct

Ductwork covered in an intumescent paint conforms to BS476 part24, made under Fenland Fire specification.

Steel Fabrication

Steel Fabrication, bespoke service of steel fabrication in a range of different products for example, builder’s beams cut to size, mezzanine floors, bollards, suspended walkways and lifting frames using mild and stainless steel.

Pre Insulated Ductwork and Spiral Tube & Fittings

This is double skinned ductwork using 50mm rockwool in the centre to provide acoustic properties and moisture control.

6mm lined ductwork

Rectangular and circular ducts can be lined internally or externally dependant on your specific requirements.

Colour coated Ductwork

We can Spray duct to any RAL / BS4800 / BS381C Colour.

We are also able to provide a colour match service if required.

Spiral Wound Perforated Ductwork

This is manufactured to the same standards as Spiral.

Used as a feature for fresh air supply, used in the farming industry to withdraw heat from grain, and used in circular attenuators.

Heavy Gauge Duct

Heavy Gauge Ductwork is ideal where robust long life duct is required.

It offers extra protection against abrasion and corrosion.

We can supply lengths, bends, tees, reducers and saddles up to 6mm thick.

Flat Oval Duct

Flat Oval duct, offers all the advantages of rectangular duct but with a standard of air tightness associated with spiral duct.

Preferable when there’s a space limitations, it has fewer site joints which can be sealed with conventional sealants.

Additional stiffening in the form of tie bars are fitted to comply fully with DW144 specifications for sheet metal ducts.

Becoming more popular we are able to manufacture this on site for quick supply.
